Central24 boasts the best salesperson in telesales for community news in the Media24’s Customer Service Excellence Awards, that was announced in Cape Town on 6 September.
The winner, Nico Flietoor, joined Central24 in June 2021 with no media industry experience, doing telesales for Bloem News,Express,NoordkaapBulletinand VrystaatKroon.
Jeannine van Zyl, general manager of Central24, says with Nico’s drive and dedication, he soon became a valuable member of the team. “Nico does not shy away from sales on social media to increase return on investment for advertisers on multiple platforms.”
