Cherry choc trifle: a must-have for the dessert table

This easy cherry trifle recipe is the perfect Christmas Day shortcut dessert idea. Using seasonal Australian cherries, this is a tremendously fuss-free dish.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g brownie chunks
  • 2 cups ready-made custard
  • 1 cup strawberries, roughly cut
  • 1 cup thickened cream, whipped
  • ½ cup raspberry sauce
  • 3 Cherry Ripe chocolate bars, cut into small chunks
  • 24 fresh cherries

Method:

1. Divide ingredients into four.
