Airlink announced that regular flights between Bloemfontein and Durban will resume daily on 26 February.
The morning flights will take place daily from Mondays to Fridays with a late afternoon flight daily, except for Saturdays.
Airlink used this route earlier, but discontinued it for a while.
Rodger Foster, CEO of Airlink, said in a press relase that there was continued requests from the business sector and legal communities to start up the service again between the two cities.
“The newest extention of our extended route network wil improve the economic activities between the two cities and their different market catchment areas.”
The early flights will leave Durban at 07:00 and will land in Bloemfontein at 08:00. The flight will leave Bloemfontein at 08:30 and will land in Durban at 09:35.
The afternoon flights will leave Durban at 15:55 and land in Bloemfontein at 17:40. The afternoon flights will leave Bloemfontein at 17:40 and will land in Durban at 18:45.
Airlink also has regular flights to Johannesburg (OR Tambo International Airport) and Cape Town.
