The first Gaming tournament will take place at Bloemshow.
Bloem Show starts Thursday (27/04) and the gaming fun will start on the first day, but entries already close on Wednesday (26/04).
The tournament and gaming arcade presented by Ruckus Media Group, will feature exhibitors, gaming tournaments, masterclass presentations, interviews, retro gaming, a F1 simulator and much more. It is bound to have something for everyone that enjoys gaming.
CUT Gaming (a division of Central University of Technology) has been working hard with Ruckus Media Group to organize no less than six tournaments for the public to participate in. The following tournaments will take place on 27, 29, 30 April and 1 May as well as a grand final on 6 May. The list of tournaments includes the following:

On Friday (28/04) there will be a “Free-Play” day on which the public can try their hand at any of the tournament games. Anyone from the public (including scholars) can sign up for all the tournaments above.
Two schools only tournaments will take place from 2 to 5 May from 15:00 in the afternoon to allow local schools to compete. The schools grand final for both tournaments will also take place on Saturday, 6 May.

Entry into any of the tournaments, grants the participant only (relatives and friends excluded) free entry to Bloem Show, only for the day on which any of the six tournaments begin.
If you advance in a tournament, you get free entry for the next day of the tournament when you need to compete again, until the tournament has concluded. If you get knocked out at any stage of a tournament, you will need to pay the daily entry fee to Bloem Show if you want to watch any tournament until the grand final day (6 May).
All registered participants will gather at Gate 4 (next to Cat box) and will enter via proof of ID according to a registered list.
All tournament signups close on Wednesday (26/04) at 13:00. Limited spaces are available for each tournament, so hurry up and get yourself or your team registered. Each tournament requires participants to “Check-In” prior to the start of the tournaments. Please ensure that you do the check-in by Wednesday at 23:30, that way we can confirm your attendance. Participants who do not check-in will be deemed a “no show” and be removed from their signed-up tournament.
