Teachers, parents, and tutors are warmly invited to attend an informative Autism Awareness Program. This event will address the common challenges faced when working with children diagnosed with autism, aiming to highlight that autism is not a roadblock but a detour.

The program will feature:
Francois van Heerden, Principal of Martie du Plessis School, who will discuss autism as one of the learning disabilities.
Ronél Smith, a teacher at Pholoho Special School, will share insights on managing severe intellectual disabilities in autistic children.
Additional topics will include practical strategies for supporting children with autism, the impact on families, and overall encouragement.
