Elmien Viljoen clai- med a silver medal when she competed as part of the Pro- tea team in the Afri- can Karate Federa-tion (UFAK) Region 5 tournament in Durban on 8 May. Elsabé le Roux claimed bronze. They are members of the Kovsie Karate Club.
