Kovsie athlete Wernich van Rensburg and his team South African teammates secured a medal for South Africa at the FISU World University Games in Chengdu, China, on Sunday (06/08). Van Rensburg was part of the men’s 4 x 400m relay team that came third.
Fellow Kovsie Yolandi Stander won silver in the women’s discus on Saturday.
