The Central University of Technology (CUT), Free State, and its Great CUT Choir received top honours at a national choral festival. The choir won first place in the African category, third place in the Western category, and was announced the overall winner at the Buang Moloto Foundation Choral Festival in Rustenburg on 26 October.
