A range of Free State-based development, industrial, commercial, and residential properties will be auctioned off on Friday, 27 June in Bloemfontein.

A huge auction with 19 Free State properties will come under the hammer on Friday, 27 June.

Park Village Auctions (PVA) falls under the auspices of PVA’s Bloemfontein branch, with Juan Maree at the helm.

The array of residential, commercial, and investment properties, stemming from liquidations to deceased estates, is expected to draw strong interest from a broad cross-section of buyers.

“We have strategically pooled these assets together for a simulcast online and onsite auction to allow property investors from across the spectrum to derive maximum value for their portfolios,” Maree says.

“Diversification is considered a fundamental principle in property investment. In this case, we are presenting discerning property buyers with a range of property types fit for various market segment price points and tenant demographics, enabling a mix of income streams and risk profiles.”

Developers, investors and homeowners alike will go head-to-head as the simulcast proceedings commence from Windmill Casino in Bloemfontein on Friday at 18:00.
