Summer salmon sushi bowl with ponzu sauce and crispy nori

The Social Food Club turned a new page and moved to the hip Reizis Square in the middle of January.

Petri Coetzer and her team are excited to welcome customers of all ages at the new restaurant, where they can relax and enjoy time with friends.

“I love new tastes, and love to incorporate something new into the menu often,” Petri says.

“I want to include more tapas-type eating – people order a few plates of food that they can share while they spend a relaxed time together.”

The menu is available online only, so it is easy enough to add a new dish as often as they want. Petri says there is something for everyone: from Asian and Italian to a steak for those who love hearty food.

Petri shared a recipe for a deconstructed sushi bowl with Bloem News for readers to try at home.
