A Riddle Fun Run and exibitions will form part of the first Health and Well-being Fair held at the University of the Free State (UFS) from 14 to 16 March in the Callie Human Centre.
“Building your well-being brick-by-brick” is the theme of this year’s fair. It is organised by the UFS Organisational Development and Employee Well-being division who is passionate about raising awareness about holistic well-being. The fair is open to everyone and entry to the exhibitions are free.
The Riddle Fun Run will have lots of prizes up for grabs. Teams will consist of two members each and they will have to complete ten challenges over 5 km. Entry costs R50 per team and it will start at Callie Human at 17:30 on 15 March. The fair will be open from 08:30 to 17:00 on 14 March, from 08:30 to 18:00 on 15 March and from 08:30 tot 14:00 on 16 March.
